  1. Mix the eggs, cream, milk, dried herbs, paprika and cheese, season and set aside
    Pre heat the oven to 200 ℃
  2. Place a pan on medium heat and add the chopped onions, peppers, asparagus and seasoning and mix thoroughly, Cook on medium heat for about 5 mins and then set aside
  3. When the mixture above has cooled to room temperature add to the egg mix, along with the spinach and mushrooms and stir through well.
  4. Grease the pan and tip the egg mix in and place on the middle of the oven shelf
  5. It should be cooked in 20-30 minutes depending on the depth of your tin. Give it a shake and it should retain some wobble
  6. you can also pierce the centre with the tip of a knife and ensure it comes away clean with no egg mixture on
  7. Once cooked, allow to cool for 10 minutes and then remove from the tin and take a slice as big as you want; as often as you want
