This 62 year old male listened to a podcast that featured Dr Ashvy talking about gluten; where she mentioned how high the glycaemic index of bread was and its subsequent effect on blood suagrs. He contacted her and for the first time in his 20 years of being diabetic, he felt hope that he could come off medications.
